Automate volume lowering S20 5G

HI. My galaxy S20 5G has started to automatically lower the volume on my phone. It does this often and the battery charge state isn't the reason as it does it even when it has a full charge. Can anyone tell me how to stop it from doing this very annoying thing as I keep missing messages and calls because of it ? Thanks Dunc

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition S20 5G' and that should resolve the issue 😎. Hope this helps! 😁

pressing the up button and the power button does nothing it tells me it should as in taking me to a reset screen ?

Not using headphones at all so that isn't the cause but thanks

Your volume down button has probably got sticky somehow. Did you spill something on it? Has it been near anything sticky? Try wiping over the button with an alcohol wipe or isopropyl alcohol.
