Are there delays in the cashback process

I know I only got mine validated 20 December and approved, but is there currently a delay with the cashback payout due to Xmas and New Year or is it usually long for the claims to be paid. 

Not heard anything since initial approval validation and if use tracking it just says you'll be notified when paid. 

Hopefully get soon as it was a partly deciding factor on switching from Google to Samsung.

I got an email this afternoon saying that there's been a delay in processing payments. Mine was validated on 21st Dec.

I've checked mine, it was validated on 18th December and when check progress it says last updated on 20th December and shows as validated and will get email when paid. no other updates from them
