How do I Get All my Apps to be in Correct Alphabetical order as some at the Top are not then I starts a bit further down and it looks odd on the app screen.

And also sometimes I don't get 2 rows on the home screen also only 1 row with is frustrating.

Thought this phone is supposed to be good had lots of problems with it will never buy another Samsung again.

Hi to all my samsung galexy S20+ phone will not let me set this back to factory settings and also get the Google type in bar back on the top of my display screen as it was when first bought I am not happy about either of these things seriously considering getting a new phone.
