Apps broken after update

So my nighthawk app and speed test app as well as a couple others will not even let me click on them after this update and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won't work at all and I use them frequently so it's a little perturbing

Hi, try and go in your settings, go on Apps and "Show System Apps". Find "Android System WebView" and do a Force Stop. This is the app that is causing issues

go on playstore and find Samsung webview and update that. I had same issue.
