Apps broken after update

So my nighthawk app and speed test app as well as a couple others will not even let me click on them after this update and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won't work at all and I use them frequently so it's a little perturbing

Starting from last night I get this thing happening, I've tried turning the phone on and off but no luck. Is there any way to fix it witouth a general reset?

go to android system webview app on play store and update , just sorted mine

uninstall the update. go to Yr settings and android Web view press the 3 dots and uninstall updates

My phone is not functioning properly today, apps, emails not working! Really annoying and disappointing from Samsung!!
