App not working

I use the nat West app on other devices with literally no issues but for some reason after downloading it onto my s20 fe it worked once no it just gives me the working circle and won't go any further any advice please

It's up to Natwest to sort out their app. They are aware of the problem which also affects Apple devices [Updated] NatWest app not working on iOS 14.6 beta & Android 11 (piunikaweb.com)

Oh OK thanks for that it's a bit of a pain so hopefully they sort it some time soon
