I use a Payg o2 sim card in my phone with the phone being on Android 13 , Samsung One Ui 5.0
My app version is > 13.8.11
The app is working as it should.
Perhaps clear it's cache in Settings, Apps, o2 , Storage, Clear Cache.
If that does not help and the app is on the latest version perhaps contact o2 and they'll advise their app developer.
