Anyone had app issuesafter the 10th october update ie MyO2 app phone says app is no longer compatible with this phone ?

I haven't had this issue and I'm with O2 for my S22ultra but someone else mentioned this same problem last week, can't remember throu who it was.

Will wait on next update as might be to UI5 and see if that helps or just a ploy for me to upgrade

Hi @Scotsman666 

I use a Payg o2 sim card in my phone with the phone being on Android 13 , Samsung One Ui 5.0

My app version is > 13.8.11

The app is working as it should.

Perhaps clear it's cache in Settings, Apps, o2 , Storage, Clear Cache.

If that does not help and the app is on the latest version perhaps contact o2 and they'll advise their app developer.

Well can no longer put my phone in to safe settings to clear the cache so screw it upgrade in the next few weeks
