I'm here searching the app for the same information. To claim isn't clear at all. I just tried to call Samsung promotions line however... they are closed on weekends 🙄🤷🏾

On their website in small print it says there is meant to be a form you fill in on the benefits section on this app but I can't see it

I spoke to a representative at Samsung yesterday afternoon. I have to wait another 2 weeks to claim mine.

It's already been 2 weeks since your comment. Have you had any luck with claiming your free earbuds? I can't find the free earbuds banner in the Samsung Members app
