Still not update on my S20 ultra 5G

Have you tried installing smart switch on a pc and plugging your phone in to get the update?

In this case , you might want to flash it yourself. It's quite simple , not rocket science 🤣.
1st you need to download the right official firmware for your phone from a website ( like sammobile for example) . Then , you need to download a small PC program called " ODIN " .
Then , plug your phone to a PC / laptop and instal the firmware.

Yeah flash a BTU firmware using odin and that should fix it because your csc at the the end is saying XSG when it should say BTU

Get the firmware from SamFW as download speed are fast sammobile downloads are shocking
