It is slowly rolling out in the UK at the moment but it is also dependent on individual carriers and when they push it out following their own amendments and testing.
I was part of the Beta programme which concluded last week and the official update pulled down and installed on 31st December - Android 12 One UI 4. My handset was a SIM free one direct from Samsung.
