Has anyone been successful in resolving all the issues by doing a factory reset 
I have done it once already but Vodafone are asking me to try it again before having to send off the phone to repairs...
I've wiped the cache etc a million times over no change it's becoming so annoying now 🙄

Hold tight for another update that samsung are rolling out, the S21 is starting to get it now and some other models too. Hopefully will fix some bugs!

I did have a second one after the 1st one but it still said security patch jan 2020 is there another one after it then?
I've told Vodafone I'm not doing another factory reset as it never worked the first time now there saying to send the phone off for repairs which means I'll have no phone for up to 10days 😩

Also, worth having a look here and trying these. I always wipe cache and run app booster after every update and have had zero issues.
