Alarm issue in samsung note 20 utlra 5g

When the phone samsung note 20 ultra 5g is on mute or on vibrate mode, the alarm doesn't play the sound. It only vibrates. 

This is really not good as my phone is mostly on mute mode and because it doesn't ring i keep missing the alarm.

Please provide a fix asap
