AKG earbuds worthless

I just tried the AKG earbuds that came with my new Galaxy s20 Ultra and they are horrible!  No bottom end at all and very tinny. For a $1,300 phone you need to do better Samsung. Very disappointing.

Count your blessings, it could have been an iPhone. It looks like they might even be doing away with the charger.

I've never had a problem with AKG. I find them better than others. Could be your settings or a faulty headset. Nip into a Samsung store and ask.

The version that were included with my Samsung Note10 + 5G are fine but I wanted wireless so purchased the Bose® SoundLink™ AE2 Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphones with Built-In Microphone and the Samsung Galaxy Buds which are better than the supplied one's.

I have the same phone - Galaxy S20 Ultra, and using the wired AKG earbuds works perfectly for me.

and they seem to work really well, esp for $25 wired headphones.
