Adaptive Power Saving mode turns off 5G?

I remember few months ago adaptive power saving mode used to say 'this won't turn off 5G and it won't change your screen resolution', now I'm reading it again and it says 'this can turn off 5G'.

It seems like they've changed sometime this year so it turns of 5G? Has anyone tried it and does it actually disable 5G or you can still use it while peer saving mode is active? Included some screenshots

it didn't turn off my 5G instantly. itc learns your usage and acts accordingly. I don't have 5G in my area so it won't recognise the battery drain and turn it off.
