I bought a new S20 Ultra and made a claim for Active Watch. I'm still waiting for an answer for that. Does anyone know how long it takes? Last December I bought a new S10 5G and made a claim for bluetooth headphones, so far they haven't come. I am beginning to believe that these claims are false offers.

Last year I claimed the headphones with my S10, took about 6 weeks to get them in Ireland. This year I upgraded to the S20 Ultra and claimed the watch, arrived with 30 days.

In this app, Samsung Member for Watch Active for S20 Ultra and the guy from three told me last year that he applied for claim for me on his computer at three store in the same day when I bought the S10 5G.

ive claimed for free ear buds, yodel didn't deliver them.and now no one is responding!! not sent out any more, yodel say contact Samsung! its just a waste of time

Have you received confirmation that it's been validated? I had this confirmed 3 weeks ago and the watch was dispatched this week.

you need to contact them and it can take up to 45 days from making the claim but in regards to your headphones id follow that up its nearly been a year?
