To troubleshoot the situation, please try heading to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install, as well as Settings > Biometrics and Security > Security Update, to ensure that you're on the latest software. Now, press and hold the Volume Down and Power Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings. Following the restart, head to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Optimise Now, followed by Memory > Clean Now. Tap the Back button to return to the Battery and Device Care landing page > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Automation > Auto restart at set times, and toggle this option off (if applicable).
