5g issue

I've had my S20 Ultra for a few days now, and I'm not sure but I think I'm having issues with 5g. 

 

I'm on Three and in an area where 5g is active. If I put my SIM card in a Note 10+ 5g, I get a 5g signal. But when my SIM is in the S20 Ultra, the most I can get is 4g+. It hasn't switched over to 5g since I've been using it. 

 

When I go into mobile network settings 5g/LTE/3g/2g is active. 

 

Anyone else having similar issues?

my wifes also having this problem

 

i went into the 3 store and the 3 person said the network was up and running it, he said if you bought the phone from 3 the settings would already be in the phone

 

as ours was direct from samsung , samsung would need a update to enable the 5g which i think is strange as its sold as a s20 5g 

 

maybe samsung could answer this

Am having issues with my 5g im on Vodafone Samsung s20 plus... Phone can show 5g but get not data.. Or when it's changing from 4g to 5 g or vice versa. It just seems to jam on mine every day. As all Samsung stores and sales in Mumbai are closed just now they have added notes to my account as I've asked for a replacement

I pre-ordered the S20 Ultra on 12th Feb, was delivered on 10th March.
