Hi I just noticed on the website that the S20 fe 128/256 memory versions are the same price when did that happen?

I'm in the UK @connieboy50 and have just checked the Samsung UK Online Store.

 

They have a sale on with a £50.00 discount on the Samsung S20 fe 256Gb version.

Depends where you purchased it from @connieboy50 

 

i.e 

 

In the UK if a phone is purchased from the Samsung UK Online Store then they give you 28 days to change your mind and return it for a refund.

Yes Samsung UK provide a no quibble 28 day return window if the phone was bought online on their official Samsung Shop website.

A person would need to either ring the Online Team to arrange return or look at the Returns Slip that came with the phone as their is an email address on there to send a Returns request.

 

The Samsung Team will want all the details such as your name and address etc, and phone info along with the reason for return. There are a few to choose from.

 

They then arrange for dpd to collect the phone. DpD will provide some paperwork when they collect the phone and I also make a note of the van's registration plate.

 

Make sure it's factory reset and sim card and sd card is removed. Yep some forget to eject them !

 

Box it up well and take time and dated pictures of the phone with one of it turned On and one of the water sensor in the sim card slot if it shows and one of the phone in the returns box and one of the returns label.

 

Samsung then issue a refund in around 10 working days after receiving it.

 

You'll know they've received it as the parcel is tracked.

 

Now a person can wait for the refund before re ordering the phone or as the discount on the phone maybe time limited then if disposable income allows buy another and then await the refund.

That's fair enough.

 

I had to return my Exynos version N20 Ultra back to Samsung UK due to issues that I couldn't resolve and thus imported the Snapdragon  N20 Ultra version which works like a charm.

 

Happy days.  😎
