Next day delivery

Hey guys 

just got myself s20 ultra this morning. 
got the order confirmation email but no email about the shipping till now and I also picked the time and date for delivery which is tomorrow before 12pm. Is this normal

I order quite a few items from the Samsung Online Shop in the Uk.

The deliveries are usually the next working day if placed earlier enough and yes a person can sometimes choose a time or a person gets told on the day of delivery what time of day it'll arrive.

I bought an S20 yesterday and paid for a delivery today. I got a text this morning saying it will be delivered on Tuesday. I was very annoyed. Then to my surprise it was delivered. There is a disconnect between Samsung and DPD delivery in UK sending out very different delivery info. Not funny. Good luck with your problems too.

Ok my new toy is in the house, after a massive argument with dpd as they got notification for Tuesday delivery and the guy didn’t know what he was talking about.

Still waiting for the iCloud restore which nearly take 12 hours

Well it seems you have had the same problem! Samsung, your delivery company DPD and you need to sit 2m apart and please sort this out. Thank you.
