Samsung S20 Ultra battery life problem

I just got my hand on this S20 Ultra LTE (Bangladesh, 14 July). I haven't fully moved on from my last device and so last night I put my device in a wooden almirah with 92% charged. Later in this morning it drained to zero. The battery usage shows that there were just two apps running in the background. What caused this massive drainage of battery?

Is there something wrong with this device??

The apps did not drain the battery they used 0.4 and 0.1 per cent respectively.

There is something strange going on however which apps have you installed?

Yeah, It's freaking me out, don't know what to do now.

The following things I did in last three days:

1. Software update (security patch level:1 May)

2. Updated bunch of in device apps

3. Installed "Google find my device"

4. Software update (security patch level: 1 July)

Try clearing cache from recovery, if that doesn't work, backup and factory reset the phone

 

You could also install a battery monitor app like BetterBatteryStats, you'll need to grant it permission via ADB using a PC
