S20 Upgrade Lounge Issues

Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

1 from tuesday night and 2 from yesterday, were all pending this morning with available balance reduced accordingly, this afternoon they have all disappeared and my available balance has gone back up.

I'm still having the issue where after I enter my agreement number and select choose device, I am presented with just the page footer? Anyone work out why this is the case?

I have just checked my bank and my pending payment has also disappeared, so this is good news

I'd imagine that's most likely to do with add blocker or something similar. Try using a different browser 

I've actually had my deposit refunded by Klarna, which is good on the one hand....but also a sign that the order didn't go through.

 

My concern now is whether or not I should restart the process of ordering, or whether I should wait until we're given the green light to do so...whenever that may be.

Update, after having my deposits refunded the site has now let me accept the credit agreement and order and I have an order confirmation from Samsung so looks like it's all sorted for me at least.

I've since re-ordered and everything has gone through and I've received email confirmation from Samsung - tick.

 

As someone else has just mentioned below - Chrome appears to have issues with the selection screen for choosing your new handset. I switched to Firefox and everything worked fine...go figure!

Klarna are still holding my £140 despite saying they have no record of me.

They are now telling me I need to wait 1-2 days for a specialist and now a second hard search has just appeared on my credit from the night of 11th/12th, so they've done at least 2.

I am not sure if this will make any difference to some of you, however yesterday my first attempt to preorder which ran into all the same problems many of you have experienced I was using Google Chrome on my handset and as mentioned it failed.

 

My second attempt in the afternoon I tried again, this time using Microsoft Edge and it went through problem free. Also on my handset.
