Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

This afternoon, my order for the 128gb Ultra in grey has moved through Order Placed > Preparing Dispatch > On the Way (green line stops there and icon still greyed out) so still hopeful that it's arriving tomorrow - certainly never heard anything to the contrary.

 

Original (failed order) placed on the 12th Feb, with re-order placed on the 14th. Had been showing dispatched by 9th March from that point until today's activity.

Placed my order on 14th Feb, just got text and email to say delivery tomorrow  10th.

I still haven't had a response from Klarna's 'specialist team'.

 

Klarna don't care.  Samsung don't care.

 

Both can bolt, and like you, they have lost another long-standing Samsung customer.

I got my shipping confirmation about an hour ago. Delivery scheduled for today (Tuesday 10th).

I'm not sure whether to call Samsung tomorrow and politely enquire about multiple orders placed after mine being dispatched before my phone or to wait until Wednesday after the shipping date they gave me has passed and complain about the lack of communication AND the entirely unreasonable order in which they have dispatched the pre-orders.

 

I'm leaning towards Wednesday if I can hold out that long. I'll also ask why they think it is OK not to apologise for their failings in the Klarna debacle or respond to the detailed feedback I gave them. I was going to let that slide before they thought dispatching phones ordered on the 14th and 15th before my order from the 13th was a good idea, but they have annoyed me again. Bad move.

Bingo. Someone over on XDA who ordered a black 128gb Ultra directly from Samsung  two days after I placed my order who has DPD confirmation/tracking info.

 

Now obviously I have to take them at their word, but they have no reason to be dishonest about the colour/date.

 

I was willing to accept that the black might have been a lot more popular than the grey and that Samsung were able to fulfill some orders for the grey model placed after mine, but I'm not willing to accept a single black 128gb order placed after mine being dealt with before my order. That isn't how this works.

 

Showtime.
