Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

If you placed an order via Klarna and have not received an order confirmation, our Online Samsung Shop's technical team are aware of this and are currently working on a resolution. We will get back to you by the end of the day with an update via email or SMS.

Yes exactly same issue for me when trying to pre order....spoke to a Klarna customer support who said they were having issues.....no idea if or when this will be resolved but took me most of the day bouncing between Samsung and Klarna and still no new phone ordered

I got the same reply from them yesterday. My deposit was returned today so no further forward!
Tried to upgrade again today but stuck on the same Loan Agreement screen, again after they've taken my deposit.
I'm on the verge of giving up for good.

Pretty much same issue as everyone else on here, however pending Klarna transaction on my CC account has disappeared, no funds taken so assume safe to try and upgrade again. Website still not working properly tonight though so will look again in the morning. Very poor show from Samsung.

No email or SMS like Samsung said would happen, pending deposit payments (x2) still sitting there ina pending state so no wiser and informed. Very shoddy service from both companies.

Hi all just spoken to someone on this number, 0330 726 7467 really helpful she found my order confirmed all my details and sent me an email with my order number for Samsung confirming that she has pushed through my orderScreenshot_20200214-081830_Email.jpg

Called them up, no order against email address or phone number, even though i have the information from Klana?

Does anyone know is the upgrade is working today. I'm in the same boat as the rest in not knowing if my order has been pushed through. Willing to try again as my deposit has been returned now but wont if the same issues are present. 

Any moderators online today who might be able to update everyone on the situation
