Hi just got my Samsung S20uktra and I love it one issue I have is not with the phone but the free gifts wich are offered ice watch and earbuds I know we have the crisis of COVID 19 but does Samsung realise that not all the phone shops were open to purchase phones and although online was  why the earbuds offer is still on Samsung members and the date is from Feb till March but you have up to 30th June to get them wich is not ok for some people who don’t do the internet and all the phone shops were closed I ordered my phone online come on Samsung extend the offer it goes the same for the galaxy watch offer not happy with this at all

are you able to confirm when and where did you get the phone? What promotion are you trying to claim?

Totally understand and appreciate your viewpoints on this @Linedancer 

 

I missed out on an offer by 1 day. 😞

 

I buy my phones from my local Samsung Experience Store in the UK. 

 

Every offer has T&C's attached and certain parameters on the offer which will always include a start from date and end date for that offer along with a typical while stocks last part.

 

Sometimes offers are only available when ordering Online and are not always available in a Samsung Experience Store.

I got my S20plus yesterday and can't find the link to get the free earbuds. can I get help please

Look in your Samsung Members App which on my phone is placed in the Samsung Folder.

 

You should find the route in there to make a claim.
