s20 ultra install sim

My new s20+ ultra is made differently from the online manuals.

To fit the sim and the sd card the leaflet in the box states TAKE the back off the phone. I cannot see a method of doing that

The charging socket is on top next to the headphone socket.

Where did you get this device? It sounds like a fake. Go to PlayStore download and run Device info.
Report back with make of the processor, device space, RAM and software version.

That does not sound right @SParks100 

Can you take a photo of the phone and the ports your speaking of along with a photo of the About Phone Screen in your settings.

The s20 does not have a 3.5mm socket as the earphones go in the usb-c port at the bottom which is also where it charges from.

The sim card tray is at the top which is ejected via the included sim card ejector tool.

The back is non removable on a s20 ultra.

Google search and you'll see images or look at YouTube tutorials.

Android 4.4.2 KITKAT.

I agree that this is probably a fake. BUT It worked in wifi including getting the device ID app. Please advise if you need further info

Hi Sorry to say this is a fake. The processor is wrong. Android version should be 10, not 4 and 1.2 GB storage will fill up with 2 or 3 apps installed.

That looks like a micro USB port.

The Samsung real phone has a usb-c port.

i.e 

 

It's a fake in my opinion.

The cameras are wrong too.

 Should be like this.

And as I said earlier the Samsung s20 models don't have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

I'd ask for your money back.
