I have seen a lot of posts the last few days regarding this topic and would like to clarify a few things as I have experienced these issues myself.
To Pre Order through the upgrade programme you need to use 'Windows Edge' browser. You can download this from the Play Store.
It will then allow you to sign the Klarna agreement which previously stayed grey and did not let you click.
For any previous incomplete order (I had two) you will need to call Samsung's customer service. They will raise a ticket and your deposit will be repaid within 2 working days.
