S20+ JBL Speaker Promotion. Invalid Postcode error.

Trying to claim JBL Speaker in Switzerland after the purchase of S20+. Samsung Members App doesn't accept any variations of the postcode giving an error - Invalid Postcode. Upgraded my SW, still doesn't help.  Many thanks for help or tips.

@Andrew_chk: Did your purchase the S20+ from inside Switzerland? If so, please reach out to the Support Team in your region, where an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

Sure, I had to create a new Samsung account in the country where I was making a claim. Since my original account was registered in the UK and I was claiming a promotion in Switzerland the system didn't accept the details and, apparently, you can't just change the country in the Samsung account so had to create a new one.
