S20 FE Sim 2 slot not working

Hi,

I just got my new S20 FE phone. I found that Sim 2 slot is not working. If I put a sim card in Slot 2, the phone said "no Sim card". Does anyone else have the same issue? I would also like to know if other phones work fine.

I had this problem then realised the sim was upside down 🙄 have you tried turning it over

Yes US model does not support dual SIM I'm afraid.

There is no way to insert the card if upside down.

The unlocked version does support 2 sims or  1 sim and 1 sd card.  I was told exactully this from Samsung.

That being said there is an issue with sim 2 on the new phone we got..

Samsung said its either 1 sim and a sd card or 2 sims....

I have the same issue with the new SAMSUN GALAXY S21 FE 5g (Unlocked) version... it has two sim slots, but only SIM1 slot is working.. and no SIM Management option, so looks like software/Firmware used for US version is not updated with a SIM Management option, and not sure Samsung will send an update to add this feature later

If US veersion allows only single sim why did they proovide 2 slots in sim card tray
