S20 FE Sim 2 slot not working

Hi,

 

I just got my new S20 FE phone. I found that Sim 2 slot is not working. If I put a sim card in Slot 2, the phone said "no Sim card". Does anyone else have the same issue? I would also like to know if other phones work fine.

Just asked a costumer support agent, who told me US version only allows single SIM.

try wipe the simcard, or maybe your simcard need to be upgraded by your network provider

Thanks for your reply. I did wipe it but still not working. It shouldn't be related to Sim card, since Slot 1 works fine.

One weird thing is that I don't have "Sim management" option in Settings-Connections. So I am wondering whether it is a software issue. I hope other FE users can tell me something.

Where is SIM card Manager? Here is the screenshot of "connections"

Have you tried typing it in the search box? Strange it's not showing. it is a European model?

Yeah I did. Nothing. It is a US model.

I'm seeing the same exact issue. US model, second SIM is not recognized.

Glad to know I am not the only one. It then seems a common issue. How to report to technical support?
