I received an email yesterday from Samsung with that offer on too @Wuzzybear
I cannot see anything in that email or the info on Samsungs site why it wouldn't be the full 15%.
Can I ask you just to re check and if you find it's still not the full 15% then contact the Samsung Online Shop Customer services team for your region and ask what's happened.

It's a choice @Wuzzybear @ but I can see where the confusion happened
I have only ever traded one phone in at my local Samsung Experience Store when buying the Note 9 a few years ago. I appreciate not everyone has a local store.
I then went onto sell that Note 9 for a couple of hundred pounds more by selling it privately.
Nice phone choice by the way.
I'm waiting for the Note 20 ultra but I won't be selling / trading in my Note 10 to Samsung.
