When I use the built in App on my Galaxy20 it does start appearing on my smart tv but after 15/20 minutes the TV dissconects and wants me to start whole process again. Sound stops on TV and returns to phone when this fault appears.
Is there any settin phone or TV I need to adjust or is one of the two products faulty?
Hi, @dnpark38 . What sort of content are you sharing to your TV? Is it videos you've recorded yourslef or ones you've downloaded (or even from an app)? Can you check the software version on your TV please? You can find this by pressing Settings/ Menu on the remote and going to Support > About TV.
It was a Church meeting using Instagram and TV is latest version of 1310.
It as happened more than once.
I did a test and had a YouTube music video on and if failed just the same period.
