Factory Reset Issue on S20+

I am trying to do factory reset on my S20+, but on delete all its checking the Google password which is eventually rejecting my correct password. Not sure why, any suggestions.

if that's the case and it's a phone purchased from Samsung, your carrier or reputable dealer and you have proper proof of purchase like a receipt with matching IMEI serial number then Samsung will be able to reset the phone for you at a service centre.

if it's your Gmail account then you will have to go through Gmail password reset to update it. if you try reset it other ways you may trigger FRP (factory reset protection) which will make things harder. just reset your Gmail password first... it will make everything easier. I know you're trying your usual password but I can't say why it's not accepting it.

Tried this though I was thinking the issue is something else. And bad luck, it didn't work with new password as well even if the phone us in sync with new password.
