ear bud claim

Hi, I bought Samsung S20+ from O2 in June and I was told to claim ear bud. But I never gets the notification of how to claim the offer. 

I have constantly checking on here the membership page but nothing came up till now. 

Please can you help??

hello, i recived a letter in the post from my network provider it tells you how to claim, maybe best you contact your network provider or get in contact with samsung
was there something obvious on the Samsung Member's app?

I'm having the exact same problem, they're making it as difficult as possible to claim the ear buds.
