Ordered the s20 ultra off the samsung Ireland website. It says delivery on the 10th march. I thought it was released the 6th and pre orders usually get it 3 days early. Surly Samsung are not going to torture me for 1 extra week to get it????

 Please say its an error. :thinking-face:

Mines just been delivered. Order date was 21st and on-time. I thought I selected yesterday but now remember doing it for a sat.
Only downside was the delivery note was very late last night so I had no idea until then whether it would be here especially given everyone else's delays

Time to set it up and no doubt send it back for overheating

Mine was due to arrive on Friday, nothing arrived. Checked the tracking and it hasn't been updated since Saturday, becoming more and more frustraded with the whole process

I pre-ordered the Ultra 128GB Grey on the 11th Feb through the upgrade programme UK, paid extra or the before 10:30am by the 8/3. Countless calls, emails and emailing the suggested CEO and the device is still not here.

So many people ordering after me and getting their devices is very frustrating and I have not even been offered the £50 voucher. I really don't know what to do, I don't want to cancel as I want to get the free buds.

Still waiting for mine to be delivered - received email from Nightline Thursday evening saying delivery on Friday, no text received or update on tracking, and, when I contacted Nightline I was told delivery today. Tracking hasn't updated since and no delivery again today, and, I'm back to work tomorrow

Email number 5 from Vodaphone saying they will contact me in the next 9 days with an update about my Ultra with the uk now on lockdown I dont think I will be seeing my new phone till may
