Claiming Buds+ from Preorder

Hi,

This information can easily be found from the Samsung website.

I remember from last year a few people believed they'd would be shipped with the Phone.

Some took a few weeks to validate.

Step 1:
Pre-order a Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or S20+ 5G smartphone between 11.02.20 - 08.03.20

Step 2:
Claim through the Samsung Members App on your new device between 10.03.20 - 31.05.20. You'll need to provide proof of purchase
when prompted.

Step 3:
Our team will review your claim, and you will receive an email to confirm when it has been validated.

Step 4:
You will receive your Galaxy Buds+ within 45 days of validation.

My claim was accepted on the 11th, waiting to see how long takes to ship now. Last year I read it was a nightmare, hoping cause I claimed early I will avoid any delay 🤔

I got the free buds last year.   Went to fulfilment on 13th March and they were delivered on 1st April.  However last year the time from fulfilment to despatch was up to 30 days. This year it's up to 45 days!

Same here!  Totally unexpected.  Didn't get any notification other that a text for Yodel this morning telling a package (no indication of what it would be) would be with me in the next two days.  Got in from trying to find food essentials (***** you panic buyers) to find them on doorstep.  Food in short supply but at least I have my buds+.  Lol
