Had a message saying i will receive an email with a discount code for my birthday, had my birthday yesterday but I didn't receive an email? Has anyone else had this?

I got one for being a Samsung member for 7 years last December I think it was... I got 25% discount off anything. bought my Mum a new TV. look out for your 7 year discounts lol.

same Matty, never mind! I've asked live chat and they told me to email the online shop, I've emailed the online shop and they told me to ask online chat haha! not more duck chasing for whats probably a 5% discount on items that are not in included in the sale or black Friday!
