Wi fi and 4 G working together when on home Wi fi

Hi has anybody had 4G and Wi fi working at the same time when at home my old galaxy would switch between Wi fi and mobile data on it's own Wi fi in the house and mobile data when out I have looked in settings and have only how to switch mobile data off

Go to settings/ Connections/WiFi/Advanced enables top two options.
