I can't see the Benefits option in the Samsung Members App. Contacted to the tectechnic assistant but they don't know what is going on. They say they are getting complaints from many customers. Anyone got their Buds through the App yet?

It will load once I deleted and then restored it, then it worked. The pages loaded but kept going on to maintains so am going to try tomorrow

Hurray my perseverance paid off! took me about an hour and a half but my claims in lol..
Now when am I getting them as they ain't giving much away apart from it will be looked at within 7 days.. anyways happy to wait there free and my s10 plus will keep me well busy till then 🤗
