I can't see the Benefits option in the Samsung Members App. Contacted to the tectechnic assistant but they don't know what is going on. They say they are getting complaints from many customers. Anyone got their Buds through the App yet?

I emailed Samsung last week.
They told me that I would receive an update on the delivery by late last week, but if I don't, to contact them today. I did, but got this reply...
Still wa9for me "free buds",its a joke I was promised within 30 days again!,what do I do now compla9!,I'm sick of it I'm thi king of taking up my contractual promise of switching to another phone so Samsung maybe like many others I'll go back to apple just because I'm sick of your CS.
I received Earbuds yesterday.Bad idea making people wait so long to receive them.I get the impression Samsung are doing catch up with massive take up.Only briefly tested the earbuds and first impressions was really blown away with them.Keep the faith.
Mine says that it has been processed how long do you think it will take them to come
