Samsung Galaxy S10+, bugs after Android 10 Upgrade

Any one else that has experienced a lot of bugs on there Galaxy S10+ after upgrading to Android 10?

 

I have experienced a lot of bugs after upgrading to Android 10, 5th of December 2019. Located in Denmark.

 

I have experienced the following bugs:

 

Battery drains very fast. 

Usually the battery is pretty good, but now it it taking 35% overnight, even in power saving mode, all apps has been turned off. I checked the battery usage and cleared the cache on the apps that had high utilization. This has not proven to give much effect. 

 

Fingerprint bug. 

When trying to unlock my phone, the fingerprint icon is not showing up and I had to login with a password. The fingerprint option is greyed out in settings. However after restarting the phone this seem to solve the issue for a couple of hours but it is a reoccurring proble. 

I have a work profile on my phone and was wondering if the security policy made some kind of issues. But even with the work profile disabled, I get the issue from time to time. 

 

Unable to unlock phone 

Clicking the power button to unlock the phone did not respond. The screen remained black and I had to hold down power button and volume key down, to restart the phone. I have experienced this 3 times in 2 days now. 

 

Slow performance 

The performance in generel has degraded. 

 

Anybody that has some of the same issues or something different?

this is not what we expect from this. Have you sent an error report via Samsung Members to get this looked at? You can do this from Menu> Samsung> Samsung Members> Support > Send Feedback > Error Report. Remember that you will need to send this after the issue occurs and you will need to attach the phone logs so our colleagues can see what exactly is causing the issue.

Thanks for that information @TessM, I was not aware of this option. I will submit a report next time a issue occurs.

Hi,I'm experiencing the same issue after updating to android 10.I've sent a error report and they keeping saying that theres no issue with battery life.I've said to them that people are experiencing issue with android 10.

Hmmmm...meanwhile my battery has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY better with the Android 10 update!!  The thing that I noticed however, is that Goodlock doesnt seem to be supported??  Also - and this is for today....it IS Friday the 13th - I've noticed I am not receiving whatsapp notifications unless I have my phone unlocked.  It only started today and I haven't changed anything.  I've had Android 10 since Dec 4

Hi,I'm experiencing the same issue today after my updated s10+.I've called technical support and even took a trip to my cellphone carrier. I'm having every issue you can name. I was locked out of my phone, my phone restarts by itself at least 4x in one hour. Not receiving any incoming calls. I was even told at the store Samsung is aware of this issue and that they are "working" on it. SAMSUNG please fix this issue ASAP!!

Any do a factory reset and start fresh as the update seems have interfered with one ui. 1.5. only solution to be sure.

meaning 2.0 didnt fully sync after update over 1.5.

I received the update last night and immediately noticed im unable to log into my samsung account, for anything.  The shared photo gallery also doesnt work.  Any suggestions?
