Samsung account Processing failed

I can not log in in my samsung account from my phone only from chrome. Ive tried every option factory reset, removing sim card, samsung members, bixby nothing works. Only whem I sign in from chrome using samsung account like to log in samsung community. Any solution please?

OMG!

OK. For whatever it is worth, try this.

  1. Sgn-in to your Samsung Account with your PC
  2. Change the password. Dont use special characters. Only Upper and lower case letters, numerics and limit to 8 characters.
  3. Wait for 24-48 hours and try tol sign-in with your phone.

I hope this works. If not try to contact Samsung via the link I sent you earlier, but I doubt very much they will be of any help.

i am having issues the same on my galaxy s7 it works on website not phone thio
