S10e in call speaker , the other side hear themself

Hey guys ,

I just bought the phone and while I talk to people on speaker mode they can hear themselves talk very strong to the point it gives them headache. In ear call is fine. Also, I did updated the phone to the latest build and it still have the problem .

was it new phone u bought or second hand?

hi.
you may have the volume turned up to hi , in speaker mode.
try turning it down a little,
this should help with any echoes or feedback.

Its a new phone.

I lowered  the volume  and it doesn't help .

maybe try factory reset.

your other option is if your phone was bought less than 28 days ago.
return it to the shop and ask for a replacement.

I called the shop  and he told me to come and replace  it .
