S10 Lock screen notification style

On the new Samsung Galaxy S10, I believe it has been set as default for the view style to be an icon only, on the lock screen when you get a notification, However, I found this rather annoying but it can be changed to the style we all know. To do this you need to go to settings > lock screen > notifications > view style, then It will bring up three options, 1. Detailed, 2. Brief, 3. Icon only. Once chosen you can also set if you want the content of the notification to be displayed.

I have two S10's, my personal and a work-issued one. Latest software on both. However, my work phone has the option for a "Brief" notification view style, whereas my personal phone only has Icons Only or Detailed, but no Brief option. Anyone know how to fix this?

No 'view style' in my Lock screen. Phone is just over week old and latest updates.

You can get the brief style notifications by selecting 'Details', then click the 'Hide Contents' option. Hope this helps!
