S10 heats up and drains battery too fast

I have my S10 for over a year now and the last 10 days it heats up way more than usual and, worst of all, drains the battery too fast, maybe 1% per 1 or 2 minutes. The heat rises and the battery drops even when I just scroll throught homescreens, when I change settings and other simple tasks like these. I did not install any new apps lately. I have performed a factory reset and wiped cache. 

Is it possible tht it's due to a hardware problem? Thanks.

since you've done the factory data reset already

please contact Samsung Support to arrange a repair of your phone, assuming you are using the official charger

I removed my SIM card and my SD card (an 8-month old Samsung Evbo 128GB plus) and the drain and the heat are much less intensive. Would you thing that one of them could be responsible? Thanks!
