Since having my s10 plus I've noticed low signal I normally get 0/1 bars at home yet my previous devices 3/4 bars around the house , my partners honor 10 lite on same network in same location gets 2/3bars signal , even when I go out side it's barely getting 2 bars pretty poor for £1k device when compared to a £169 honor , tried network reset and even factory reset makes no odds pretty lame antenna tbh ,
Yeah just got mine, on Virgin and my S9+ indoors gets 3 or 4 bars, the S10 1 maybe 2.
Looks like its been going on since launch, no idea if it can be fixed via software or when.
I contacted virgin regarding it as tried all normal fixes and still same I'm trying a new sim next see if helps only option then is to send to them for there repair team to look at but not keen on being without a phone for ages , I've noticed as well if I loose 4G+ and drops to E I get nearly full signal bars soon as 4G+ is back bang back to 1 bar , I'm also going to ask Samsung on live chat if there are any reports of signal issues in UK
My S10+ has a very week signal reception, compared to HTC U12+, Oneplus 6T, i had previously used, don't know what to do, i didnt expect this sort of an issue from a high end flagship from SAMSUNG, please fix the issue by a software update if possible ASAP,..
