Light and dark mode problem.

I can't properly switch to light mode. In light mode the background is still black.

Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Yuu88

I even wiped cache partition. Still no light mode.

Are you perhaps using a.....

Non stock Theme.

Or

Goodlock 

Or

Non stock Launcher such as Nova Prime as one example ?

If so go back to stock to see what happens.

If you put the phone in Safe Mode then what happens ?
