How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

What date did you put in and how? I've tried so many variations of the date and it won't accept my pre order date

I stupidly ordered the wrong version, I wanted the S10+, and ordered the S10 in error on 6th March. I can return it, but will they still honour the free buds does anyone know?

In case anyone else has done the same as me, they will not honour the buds if you have ordered the incorrect phone!

Mine keeps saying I have claimed alreadybusing the imei but I don't have a claim I.d as the form kept saying under management, any idea??

Mines saying invalid phone number... I love their products but the service/way they have handled everything has been a shambles
