DId Samsung not expect us all to claim on the same day we received our phones!?
I got the same thing. Trying it on the s10+ and now iPad. Both different formats in terms of the claim. But both getting stuck on the address. Specifically the postcode.
Spent over a hour now 😞

Thank you for waiting, Alan Thank you for that. I have consulted this with our Sales Team that our system is currently updating that is why as of this moment, the claim is not working. What we can advised is to get in touch to our Promotions Team at (UK) 0345 216 0144 / (Ireland) 01 653 3907 or you can send an email through email@example.com and rest assured, they would be able to check this for you and they are open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Also, you can try to submit the claim after 24 to 48 hours as we are also working on this matter.
Ok but if this is a know problem why haven't you shut down the site? You are letting people spend alot of time filling in several pages on the site only to be stuck at the delivery address page?!
Could you ask the web developers to put a notice on the site so people are aware that it's not working?! I've spend about 2 hours trying to get this to work both on my phone and laptop.
The reason why there are issues on claiming the Galaxy buds because of the multiple customers are submitting the claims that is why there would be a glitches on our website.
That does not make sense as only the postcode entry is not working. The rest of the site is up and running now.
