How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

There is not even a benefit tab or section on my members App on my s10. Very frustrating and in hold 50 mins waiting to speak to customer support too

Same for me. There is no benefit tab.. so annoying and no one picking up the phone on their customer service

Im also just getting a blank white page... its annoying the hell out of me!

also, has anyone found any of the wallpapers that make use of hiding the camera lense, i saw a guy on youtube had homer simpson donut and it looked cool!

I've also been getting the blank screen. I phone up and they say that their systems have crashed because of the high demand of people trying to claim. They said to give it a few hours before trying again
